Service operator information.

This notice sets out the identity of the operator of the Driving Test Cancellations service available on this website, in accordance with the Companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2008, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

End of previous arrangement

Until 8 May 2026, the service was operated by a different entity. From 9 May 2026 that previous entity has no involvement in, no responsibility for, and no commercial connection with the Driving Test Cancellations service. 

If you contracted with the previous operator before 9 May 2026 and have an active matter that has not been concluded, please contact our support team using the channels listed below and we will direct you to the appropriate party.

Important: Any reference to the previous operator’s name, branding, or trading style elsewhere on the internet (including third-party websites, archived pages, or external listings) does not reflect the current operational status of this service. The sole operator from 9 May 2026 is the entity named above.

Compliance with the new DVSA booking rules

The service has been redesigned to operate strictly within the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, which take effect on 12 May 2026. From that date, only the candidate themselves may book, change, or cancel a car driving test on the DVSA system. Our service does not, and will not, perform any of those actions on a candidate’s behalf.

Our service operates as an information and managed-portal service: we monitor publicly visible DVSA cancellation availability, capture matching slots, prepare a managed booking session on our own platform, and notify the customer. The customer signs in to gov.uk through their own session, with their own credentials, and confirms the booking themselves. Full details are set out in our Terms of Service.
