Pricing Policy

Version: 3.1 · Effective from: 11 May 2026 · Last updated: 11 May 2026 · Updated to reflect DVSA SI 2026/326 effective 12 May 2026.

This Pricing Policy must be read together with our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Multiple candidates: Each candidate is a separate order at the total above (base fee + applicable add-ons). Group orders are not discounted.

3. Card Processing Fees — Non-Refundable

Card processing fees are NOT included in our Service fee and are NOT refundable.

Card processing fees charged by our payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment gateway used by the Company — typically 2–3% of the order value, depending on card type and country of origin) are deducted directly by the payment provider at the time of payment. These fees are never received by us and cannot be refunded by us under any circumstances, including order cancellation, full or partial Service fee refund, chargeback, or payment dispute. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. DVSA Fees

The DVSA's own driving test fee, and any weekend or bank holiday surcharge charged by DVSA, is paid by the candidate directly to DVSA on gov.uk when booking the alerted slot. These fees are never collected, processed, or paid by the Company.

Any refund or partial refund of DVSA fees is governed exclusively by DVSA's own policies (see gov.uk/change-driving-test) and is outside the scope of this Pricing Policy.

5. Service Performance and Refund Eligibility

Our Service is considered fully performed and our Service fee becomes non-refundable the moment your first Alert is sent. Full refund eligibility (less non-recoverable card processing fees and any legacy administration fees) applies only before your first Alert is sent. Please see our Refund Policy for full conditions.

6. Changing Your Preferences or Starting a New Search

6.1 Before Your First Alert

You may resubmit the Application Form at any time before your first Alert is sent to update your preferences (test centres, date range, time windows, blackout dates). There is no additional charge for this — preference updates on the same order before the first Alert are free.

6.2 After an Alert Has Been Sent — Full Fee Required

A new search requires a new order at the standard Service fee.

From 12 May 2026, under DVSA SI 2026/326, only the candidate may book, change, cancel, or swap their own DVSA driving test on gov.uk. The Company does not book or manage tests on the Customer's behalf.

Because of this, if a Customer wishes to start a new search under different preferences after one or more Alerts have already been sent on a previous order — for example, after successfully booking an alerted slot and later wishing to monitor for an earlier or different test — this is treated as a new search and requires a new order at the standard Service fee (£60.00) plus any applicable add-ons.

There is no reduced "change fee" or "admin fee" because the work involved is the same as any other monitoring order: a fresh allowance of monitoring time, system resources, and Alert capacity is consumed.

6.3 Changes to an Existing DVSA Booking

Any change, cancellation, or swap of an existing DVSA booking must be performed by the Customer themselves on gov.uk, subject to DVSA's own rules:

  • 2 changes per booking (in force since 31 March 2026);
  • Move only to one of the 3 nearest test centres (from 9 June 2026).

The Company does not perform these actions and accepts no fee for them. Choose your initial search preferences accordingly.

7. Legacy Pricing — Orders Placed Before 12 May 2026

Fresh Booking administration fee (£28.00).

For orders placed before 12 May 2026, where the Customer did not hold an existing DVSA driving test booking at the time of order, a Fresh Booking was created by us on the DVSA system to enable monitoring. A £28.00 Fresh Booking administration fee was incurred at the point the Fresh Booking was created.

This £28.00 fee is and remains non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation, statutory 14-day cooling-off, chargeback, or any other refund scenario. This is because the fee represents work already performed and a cost already incurred on the Customer's behalf at the point of the Fresh Booking.

From 12 May 2026 onwards, we no longer offer the Fresh Booking service. Under DVSA SI 2026/326 effective 12 May 2026, only the candidate may book a driving test. Customers signing up from 12 May 2026 must already hold a valid DVSA driving test booking before placing an order.

Legacy Post-Booking Change Fee (£30.00).

For orders placed before 12 May 2026, where the Company successfully booked a test on the Customer's behalf and the Customer subsequently requested a change to the test centre, date, or time, a £30.00 administration fee applied for the new search. This fee covered the additional work involved in restarting the search under amended preferences.

This £30.00 change fee is no longer available from 12 May 2026 onwards. Under the new rules, the Company no longer books or changes tests on the Customer's behalf, so the legacy change-fee model does not apply. Any new search request after an Alert has been sent now requires a new order at the standard Service fee (see Section 6.2).

8. Payment Methods

Payment is taken in GBP through our payment provider (currently Stripe, with PayPal available as an alternative on certain forms). All payments are processed securely. The Company does not store full card details on its systems. Bank transfer is available on request for group / instructor orders — please contact us on WhatsApp.

9. Acknowledgement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Pricing Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Terms of Service, and that:

  • The Service fee is for cancellation monitoring and Alert delivery only;
  • The DVSA test fee is separate and paid directly to DVSA;
  • Card processing fees are non-refundable in all cases;
  • The Service is fulfilled when the first Alert is sent;
  • If you wish to start a new search after an Alert has been sent, a new order at the standard Service fee is required — no reduced "change fee" is available from 12 May 2026 onwards.
