Messages sent outside these hours are queued and answered as soon as we're back online. We do not provide support on weekends or UK bank holidays.
📵 Channels we don't use
- Phone calls — we don't accept inbound calls. All support is in writing for record-keeping and accuracy.
- Email — emails sent to our address are not monitored for support enquiries; please use WhatsApp.
- SMS / text messages — not monitored.
- Social media DMs — not monitored for support.
🤖 Automated assistance
Initial responses on WhatsApp may be handled by an automated assistant to keep wait times short. If your enquiry needs a human, the assistant escalates it automatically — no need to ask twice.
Both automated and human responses are subject to the same Terms of Service and quality standards.
📝 Before contacting us, please check
- Have you completed the application form after paying? We can't search for you without it.
- Did you provide your correct WhatsApp number and email on the form? Alerts go to those.
- Has your DVSA test cancellation deadline passed? If so, the test fee may already be lost.
- Have you read our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Pricing Policy?
💬 What to include in your message
To help us help you faster, please include:
- Your driving licence number (so we can match your order)
- The email address you used on the application form
- A clear description of what's happening or what you need
🔒 What we'll never ask you for
- Your DVSA password (the DVSA system doesn't use passwords)
- Your full debit/credit card number
- Login details for any account other than the booking details we already collected on the form
If anyone claiming to be from us asks for any of the above, refuse and report it.
