TERMS OF SERVICE / CONTRACT
The service provided is subject to the following terms & conditions, which you accept by using the service.
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Driving Test Cancellations UK service through the website and other means.
By accessing this website and / or using this service we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Driving Test Cancellations UK's website and / or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
- All services and software mentioned all over the site are provided by NZN ENGINEERING SOFTWARE AND CONSULTANCY LIMITED (the company), and are on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis with no warranties of any kind. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- By providing us with your driving licence number then you agree that we can login to the DVSA website in order to check for earlier driving tests and / or change your driving test. We will not share your personal information. All details will be held by us in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- We cannot be held responsible for the DVSA changing the date and/or time of your test, or for them cancelling the test due to any reasons.
- We cannot take responsibility if we book a non-refundable test and then the user decide to cancel. We can also not take any responsibility for booking non-refundable dates through our auto book service.
- The company has no affiliation with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). Signing up to this service does therefore not guarantee to find you an earlier test date.
- Our service is for auto booking only in accordance with your preferences. We do not ask you for confirmation before booking. Send us only test centres, dates, time interval and other data that you accept us autobook your test on your behalf. It is the users responsbility to update us about their unavailable dates and this should be done before the test is booked. NZN cannot be held responsible if an unsuitable or unchangeable test is booked,
- By registering your details with the company, you agree to the company sending you emails, whatsapp and SMS messages to the email address and mobile telephone number you provide on registration. Your personal details will not be passed on to third parties. Our default communication tool is Whatsapp, the user must provide a correct and valid WhatsApp number that we can reach. All responsibility arising from providing an incorrect or invalid number will belong to the user, therefore no claim can be made to the company.
- The learner driver is responsible for making all the necessary researches and investiagations and practicing for turning up to the driving test, taking the correct documents and ensuring that the car they use is suitable for the test (you have to take your test with a car arranged by you, the DVSA will not supply you a car for that). We cannot be held responsible for any tests cancelled due to reasons that are the responsibility of the learner driver or their driving instructor including, but not limited, to the above learner driver responsibilities.
- If we have not found and booked you a driving test we will issue a refund if you message us via 07438 149467 WhatsApp number before your test is booked (£28 fresh booking processing fee is not refundable). You cannot ask for a refund after finding and booking the requested test for any reasons. If the last date to change or cancel the test has passed, payments made to the DVSA on your behalf and labour fee consumed to find this test date will not be refunded.
- It is the users responsibility to make sure that they manage their test date and cancel it if needed via the DVSAs website if they are close to the DVSAs set short notice period and cannot make the test date. Notice setting on the form is a calendar days based calculation, it is not an hourly based calculation. 1 day does not mean 24 hours here.
- We can not be held responsible if the last date to change or cancel of their is getting closer or has passed, the user should track their test's last date to change or cancel and should take the necessary action to cancel their test or move it forward before this date. Every test date has a last date to change or cancel date and this can be found on the booking confirmation or the user can access this by logging onto the DVSA system anytime. After this date, the booking will be unchangeable and non refundable by the DVSA.
- If we book a test for you and you change this test date or swap this test with another one or cancel it and ask us to find another date, then you will have to pay our service fee again.
- If the user wants to change the test date after it has been booked, the company has right to swap this current test with another client and this swap/change will be counted from the user's right to change their test. If the user cancels or changes their test themselves, then they do not have the right to ask for a refund and the user should purchase another service if they want a new date after this.
- Our duty ends as soon as the customer's exam date is booked. Once the booking is made and delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately check the correct details of the booking through the DVSA online system (https://driverpracticaltest.dvsa.gov.uk/login) and call DVSA (0300 200 1122) to request protection against changes. Because in order to change your booking, only your driver's licence number and theory test pass number are sufficient, and you may have given this information to many people knowingly or unknowingly, and your test may be sold to others or canceled by malicious people with these 2 pieces of information. If these are not done, the customer is responsible for all problems that may occur. NZN cannot be held responsible in any way. NZN will never change or cancel your test location again without your written request.
- Under no circumstances can the amount paid or refunded to the customer be more than the first payment made by the customer.
- For any items that is not clear or not understandable, the user should contact the company before signing up.
